Woke up early in the morning for crew call at 7:15am in MBS. Yet the event for our room only starts at 12noon!!! Den may i noe why the hell am i need to report soooooooo early?! argshhhhhh...
Recently having tis particular event company work as freelance. Seriously the people are nice, even the bigboss. EXCEPT!!!!! One uncle. -.- And their setup is freaking freaking super duper slow one sio~ Good pay though. But too draggy alrdy. Let me share smth abt tis uncle...
During setup, he wouldn't tell us all the stuffs tt are needed to be set. Instead, he will ask u to do some 1st. After complete den he will proceed in telling us wat to do. Alright, all this are fine. Standby tt day, each of us got one breakout room. Peilin & i eventually got the bigger ones. He came over to my room in the 1st session & said he will be doing the audio part, while i concentrate on my video. Oh wells~ I'm fine with it though. When he saw my EQ are mainly cuts, he say cannot like tt. Must have one cut & one gain, in order to balance (Tts wat he mention). But the lapel are very sensitive, gaining will have high risks in feedbacks or ringing. I told him, but he went on saying must believe in uncle!! Okie loh.. The next thing i knew is there's a loud feedback and everyone turnover & look at me -.-
Nvm~ when we were at console, i took out my phone for texting. He gave me a hard nudge on the thigh & ask me keep my phone. I thought was some sort of rules. So i kept. Eventually awhile later, there's one soft feedback. After killing it, he said softly to me "See! If you don't keep your phone, people thought is you that cause the feedback!!" Come on~ Wat kinda reason is tt man.. The best part is, he told me not to use yet HE HIMSELF IS USING IT!!! Bloody hell..
For the whole session, he kept on pushing the blame to me and i oso start to give off some attitude to let him noe dun be too much. Seriously, he's trying my limits.. During lunch break, i head to main ballroom to collect my food. He was chatting wif bigboss. Den suddenly turnover & point at me saying "Neh~ this girl lah. This girl!!" What the hell... Push the blame again. Den bigboss came over & nicely tell me tt if i encounter any problem can call & approach him directly. Is nice to hear tt, but not after being complain by tt uncle. Spoilt my reputation only!! Lucky 2nd session he didn't came over to my place, he went to Peilin's room instead. MUAHAHAHA!!! And there he goes again to irritate Peilin.
Later in the night, where everything finished, was abt 11:50pm. We were allowed to go home, Peilin they all taking cab together. But i stay at woodlands, so a colleague offer to send me back. When we abt to leave, uncle said wait for him. And ask me whether would i like to take BUS or car. Hello~ by the time i walk to e station, no train or bus liao leh. Don't let me take cab, of course gonna wait for car lah. So i eventually work till 2plus in the morning den head back home. Crew call originally was 7am, but i head off the latest so was pushed to 9am. Though bigboss say wat time i wanna come oso can, but uncle set the time.
That very night, i didn't head home to slp immediately wor. Reached home and drove down to ying's hse to collect my wallet from mei. They playing MJ and wanted me to wait for them to finish. But was too tired tt, once i sit on sofa, KO!! Is a torture when u're super sleepy, yet gonna concentrate on driving.
Event day 2 wasn't tt bad, cause he didn't come to my room to kajiao me at all. And this make my mood for the rest of the day pretty good. But funny thing was, the speaker thanks me in the end of the day and everyone turnover to look at me, but i was busy watching movie and i didn't heard it at all. All i heard was, "She probably couldn't hear me right now.." HAHAHA!!!! OMG~~ This set my room IC to laughing beside the console. Teardown was fast though. So conclusion: For tt company can do standby & teardown, but not setup. HAHAHA!!!
Alright~ gonna go back standby now. Update soon yo. :]
