weather: SUNNY & HOT
mood: super duper tired!!!
finally finally FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!! vball trg starts. went to fmss for trg 2day. just the warm up already kill half of me! ran up and down the stairs and around bball court for 5TIMES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! den come back immediately do some running and jumping. to worsen my condition, coach asked me to do alone. whereas, others are in a team of 2! not fair...
anyway~ trg at back was better. however, warm up kills lot of my energy. so in e end i was like dying already.
there's 1 drill where we have to set, receive, spike n hit either the table or the mattress. 2points and 1points respectively. we are told to collect 10points through it. if ball over the net n still remain in court, no punishment. however, if it went into the net, undernet or out. hehehe~ we have to go jump a very long obstacles. jump once is good enough to lose quite a amt of ur energy.
jan went fed-up kept on jumping it. situation worsen when she receives the ball n e setter didn't noticed it, which makes her have to go do tis punishment before continuing. poor fellow~
for me, i finally spike a ball which is goin to hit the table. but one of the player actually happens to stand in front of the table n my ball hits her butt instead. begging coach to count tt point in. but die die dun wan. den suddenly! jingying spike one ball n hit onto my shoulder when i'm arguing wif coach, immediately he gave her 2points n went laughing away. AHHHHHHHH~~~~~ coach u tis BIG BULLY!!!!!!! hahaha~
but tis small little things happen actually brighten up tough trg. everyone happy, tough trg would become still tough one but happier. HAHAHA! dun noe wat am i talking abt.
trg was tiring. very tiring. SERIOUSLY! maybe because too long didn't have a formal trg le ba. hang on hang on HANG ON! cause GINA POH NEVER SAYS DIE!! gogogo~ i will conquer u next trg!!!!! would never let those tough stuffs pull me down!
alright.. i'm really very tired. 2moro goin back WRSS for vball trg as well. WOOOOOHOOOOOO~ so excited!!! get to see dorothy coach n everybody!!! erm.. not really. but most of them will be there!!!!!! especially my beloved team. really really miss them alot since enter NP. miss those days where we are together, playing, fighting for top blah blah blah..etc.
